FEATURES

Metal dual range adjustment system provides high-resolution adjustment with 20-micron progressions between settings in the espresso range (settings 1-20) and produces excellent grinds with 90-micron progressions in the filter range (settings 21-40).

Simply turn the hopper to adjust grind setting from fine to coarse.

Baratza's famous 40mm precision high carbon steel M2 conical burrs produce consistent and precise grinds for any brew method.

Includes a 54mm anti-static portafilter dosing cup and 58mm adapter ring; simply flip and shake to evenly distribute grinds into your portafilter basket for mess-free dosing.

The Encore ESP's cone burr is easily removable with no additional tools, making cleaning and maintenance very easy.

Equipped with an updated on-off switch and convenient, front-mounted pulse button, Encore makes it easy to grind on demand into your brew basket or dosing cup.

A powerful, high torque DC motor effortlessly drives the burrs, turning slowly for a cool, quiet operation while permitting longer grinding cycles. The circuitry is equipped with an automatically resetting thermal cutoff switch.

With unique speed control, the Encore ESP uses a combination of gear and electronic speed reduction to control the rotation of the burr to 550 RPM. This slow speed reduces heat, noise, and static generation in the grinder. It also ensures that the beans feed smoothly into the burrs.

An innovative burr calibration system ensures that each grinder comes ready to grind for most home espresso machine portafilter baskets: if necessary, the grinder can be user calibrated.
