Produce consistently delicious brews with full flavour and higher body, with the NextLevel Pulsar Mini Stainless Steel Filter Discs by Ameuus.

Blurring the lines between stainless steel and paper filters, Ameuus employs 'o so small' holes to micro-filter most of the sediment from your brew while allowing more natural coffee oils—and accompanying flavour—through. The result is richer, bolder coffee with more body than a paper filter can allow; and a smoother cup with greater clarity than any other stainless steel filter can produce.

Includes 2 x 25k filter discs.
FEATURES

Set of two stainless steel disc filters; each featuring a 25k hole pattern.

Filters out virtually all sediment while allowing coffee oils through, for a cup that features the best attributes of both stainless steel and paper filters.

ABOUT NEXTLEVEL

Inspired by researcher and astrophysicist Jonathan Gagné's 2020 blog article discussing the problem of bypass in common cone drippers and pour over brewing, coffee roasters & tinkerers Darren Schmidt and Richard Unruh began brainstorming and experimenting with a zero bypass brew method that proved immediately compelling in various regards.

Together with engineer, Brandon Schmidt, NextLevel developed and launched the thoughtfully designed and highly efficient LVL-10 Brewer. Since then, they've gone back to the drawing board with input from Jonathan Gagné himself to further innovate with the ultra-versatile Pulsar Dripper.

NextLevel believes this is the future of coffee brewing, and simply want to share their amazing brewers—and the unparalleled control they provide—with coffee lovers everywhere.
