Best suited for those who primarily brew espresso and synonymous with their High Uniformity naming, the Espresso burrs produce excellent mouthfeel and well-balanced shots across any roast degree. Â
Multi-Purpose
Containing the same geometry as their Brew burrs, with a modified flat outer surface to make them more adaptable to espresso use, the Multi-Purpose burrs are recommended primarily for filter brew methods and/or lighter roast espresso with an emphasis on high-clarity & high-extraction shots. Â
'Lab Sweet'
Inspired by Ditting's renowned 'Lab Sweet' burrs, these cast burrs are designed to yield greater sweetness and balance in your brews; as with the 'Lab Sweet' v3 in the 64mm diameter, one burr has been adapted to feature ~15% more cutting edges to make them more suitable for espresso extraction.
